Kids Cinema: Where the Waves End, a Cat’s Adventure Begins!

At Cinematheque KOFA, the Kids Cinema program is presented to nurture children's imagination and emotional sensibility through film, while offering them the chance to experience diverse worlds. Flow (2024), a Latvian animated film, follows a cat who, after a great flood washes away its peaceful home, embarks on a long journey with a stray dog, a lemur, and a capybara. This quiet adventure unfolds without dialogue, inviting young audiences to engage their own senses and imagination to interpret the story. The film offers a gentle perspective on life and nature, leaving a lasting impression on both children and their families.
